Bi-Mechanical Services LTD. was started in 1986 by Ward Smith and Luc Bazinet.

In the beginning the focus was mainly on subcontract work and a few loyal clients. Over the years the client base has grown, with many long term clients. Bi-Mechanical Services is currently on the preferred contrator list at Algonquin College, the Ottawa Catholic School Board, Oxford Properties and Manulife.
