Bi-Mechanical Services LTD. was started in 1986 by Ward Smith and Luc Bazinet. In the beginning the focus was mainly on subcontract work and a few loyal clients. Over the years the client base has grown, with many long term clients. Bi-Mechanical Services is currently on the preferred contrator list at Algonquin College, the Ottawa Catholic School Board, Oxford Properties and Manulife.
Bi-Mechanical Services also over the years expanded from a subcontractor to various mechanical companies to a competent competitive mechanical contractor using their expertise and a wide range of their own sub contractors to complete a variety of projects.
